Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Wasatch Blade. This Shipping Policy explains how and when we ship your order, what it costs, and what to do if something goes wrong. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Most in-stock orders ship within one to two business days after payment is confirmed. During sales, new releases, or busy seasons, processing may take a little longer. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with tracking information once it ships.
Shipping Rates and Methods
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order's size, weight, and destination. We offer the following options where available:
- Standard shipping — our most economical option, typically delivered within 3–7 business days after shipment.
- Expedited shipping — faster delivery for time-sensitive orders, with rates shown at checkout.
Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Transit times begin once your order leaves our facility, not when the order is placed.
Free Shipping
From time to time we offer free standard shipping on qualifying orders above a stated threshold. Any free shipping offer, including its minimum order amount and eligible destinations, will be shown at checkout or in the offer details.
Shipping Restrictions
Knives and other bladed products are subject to laws that vary by state, county, and city. It is your responsibility to know and comply with the laws that apply to your delivery address. We cannot ship certain restricted items to locations where they are prohibited, and we reserve the right to cancel and refund any order that we believe would violate applicable law. Some items may require an adult signature on delivery.
Domestic and International Orders
We currently ship within the United States. For international orders, where offered, you are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and import fees, and for ensuring the items are legal to import into your country. Customs processing may add to delivery times and is outside our control.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking number. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking details to update with the carrier. If you have not received tracking information within a few business days of your order, contact us and we will help.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Title and risk of loss pass to you once the package is handed to the carrier. If your order arrives damaged, please keep the packaging and contact us within a reasonable time with photos so we can help resolve the issue. For lost or significantly delayed shipments, reach out and we will work with the carrier to locate your package or determine next steps.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or outdated address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or a failed delivery, we may charge additional shipping to resend it.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
